Replacing an opening or closing electro--magnet
Process
The table below gives the steps of replacing an opening or closing electro--
magnet :

1 Disconnect the supply wires from
the coil (9).

2 Extract the blade spring (10) by
pressing outwards on the rivet with
a finger .
3 Removethecore(11).

4 Remove the faulty coil and replace
it by a new one carrying the same
reference.

5 Reinstall the core (11).

6 Reinstall the blade spring (10).
7 Connect supply wires to the new
coil (9).
