1 Moving Parts.
1.1 Before any work is carried out on transmission
components, ensure that the control equipment has
been deactivated.

2 Spring-operated Mechanism.
2.1 Before any work is carried out, cut off all power to the
reset motor.

2.2 Deactivate the opening and closing springs in
accordance with ALSTOM instructions.

2.3 Make sure that all safety rules are complied with while
the work is being carried out.

3 Hydraulic Mechanism.
3.1 Before any work is carried out, cut off power to the
motor pump.

3.2 Reduce the pressure of the hydraulic circuit to zero. XXXXX
