How to Cook by Probe in Manual Mode
Before you begin ▪ Be sure your food is prepared and ready to cook.
▪ Be sure your oven is turned on.
Procedure To cook by probe, do the following.
Step Action
1. Touch the professional cook icon a if necessary to get to the manual cook
screen.
Touch the desired cavity b.
Set the preheat 2. Touch Preheat c.
3. Touch the preheat temperature d. Enter a preheat temperature using the
number pad
e. Touch the check mark f.
Touch the “+” g icon to add the cooking stage.
