4. Scroll c until “Probes Offsets” displays. Touch the “>” icon d.
5. Compare the probe temperature reading against 32°F (0°C).
Touch the “+” or “–” symbols until the temperature displayed is 32°F (0°C).
Touch the green check mark.
6. Remove the probe from the ice water.
7. If the oven has multiple probes, repeat this procedure until all probes are
calibrated.
Result The probe is now calibrated.
