5.20.1 Seed placement depth
The seed placement depth depends on different factors, such as the
 Soil type (light to heavy, dry to wet)
 Forward speed
 Position of the depth limiting discs
 coulter pressure
 Condition of the seedbed.
The adjust the seed placement depth, the depth
limiting disc can be moved to the desired po-
sition or removed.
The plastic disc can be adjusted or removed
without the need for tools by using the handle
(Fig. 80/3).
The "Control 10" depth limiting disc
(Fig. 82/1)
 limits the set seed placement depth
 cleans the rear side of the seeding disc
 improves the drive of the seeding disc by
gripping the soil.
