On the display
"Sync Error" appe-
ars
The robot receiver does
not recognise the signal
Switch off the equipment and
switch it on again.
If the problem persists, con-
tact the assistance service

Damaged cutting blade
Replace the blade with a new
one (see "Replace the blade")
Cutting blade flooded by
residues (tapes, ropes,
plastic fragments, etc.)
Stop the robot in safety condi-
tions (see "Robot safety stop")
Caution
Use protection gloves to
avoid the risk of cuts on
hands.
Remove the flood cause from
the blade.
The start of the robot oc-
curred with obstacles
being too close (less than
m away) or in presence
of unexpected obstacles
(fallen branches, forgot-
ten objects, etc.).
Stop the robot in safety condi-
tions (see "Robot safety stop")
Remove the obstacles and re-
start the robot (see "Manual
startup and stop of robot (in
closed areas)")
Electrical motor malfunc-
tion
Get the motor repaired or re-
placed by the nearest authori-
zed Assistance centre.
Grass too high
Increase the cutting height
(see "Adjusting the cutting
height").
Carry out preliminary cutting
of the area with a normal lawn
mower.
The telecommand
does not function
Wrong programming
Correctly programme the te-
lecommand (see "Program-
ming mode")
The led on the telecom-
mand does not come on
Remove the battery and fit
the replacement (see "Tele-
command batteries replace-
ment the blade")
After installation of
the robot, distur-
bances are noti-
ced relative to
domestic applian-
ces (radio, televi-
sion, electric gates
etc.).
Interference with other
electrical devices
