8. Click Reboot button for the changes to take effect or power cycle the unit later to activate the changes.
9. Make sure the PC network settings are changed to connect to the newly entered IP address on the
instrument.
10. To validate the TCP/IP connection, at the PC browser, enter the IP address of the MG369xC.
The Model MG369xC Welcome Page should again appear, this time with the new IP address in the
Current Setup summary
Testing the TCP/IP Connection Over LAN
1. Connect the MG369xC Ethernet port to the LAN.
2. Using a PC that is also connected to the LAN, enter the instrument IP address into an open web browser
(the default instrument IP is 192.168.0.254).
The Model MG369xC Welcome Page should again appear, with the new IP address in the Current Setup
summary.
Note When rebooting, it can take three to five minutes for the changes to take effect.
