CHAPTER 5: Troubleshooting
It is necessary to pass the verification from APEX headquarters and get the certificate. Any unauthorized
servicing or repairing will void the warranty of the product

Solution
Error 001
Remove the Humidifier during treatment
1. Do not remove the humidifier
during treatment.
2. Reconnect the heated humidifier
and restart the device.
Error 002
SD communication fail
1-1. Check the SD card format (FAT32).
1-2. Ensure the SD card is inserted into
the slot and the SD card has
enough capacity.
2. Replace the SD module if the
problem remains the same <refer
to 6-4>.
Error 003
Remove the SD card while data is being
processed
1. Do not remove the SD while data is
being processed.
2. Please insert the SD card again and
do not remove it until finished the
process< refer to 7-5>.
Error 004
The Wi-Fi signal is too weak
1. Please put the device closer to AP.
Ensure the device is placed where
there is coverage (i.e., on your
bedside table, not in a drawer or
on the floor). The icon of wireless
should be turned on if the wireless
coverage is good.
2. Check for connection of flat flexible
cable if the problem remains the
same<refer to 6-3>.
3. Replace the Wi-Fi module if the
problem still remains the same
<refer to 6-4>.
Error 005
No Wi-Fi connection
1. Ensure to turn off airplane mode
and Wi-Fi is on.
2. Make sure there is no change in the
IT-network configuration (or Make
sure there are no co-existence
interferes by adding new item/dis
