CHAPTER 6: Component Removal & Installation
It is necessary to pass the verification from APEX headquarters and get the certificate. Any unauthorized
servicing or repairing will void the warranty of the product.
6-1. Open the Top cover
Applicable Model: iX Fit / iX Sense / iX Auto
Disassembly Steps:
Remove the 4 screws under the bottom and the top cover can be separated.
For insert the 4G card, it needs to remove Start socket screw, which is right beside the 4G-port (This
disassembly step is only applied for iX auto).
Assembly Steps:
According to the disassembly steps, assemble in reverse order.
The tightening torque of bottom electric screwdriver: 4~6 kgf-cm.
The tightening torque of star socket screwdriver: 0.3~1kgf-cm
