1. Check if flow sensor properly
connects and check if any damage
on the flow sensor tube.
2. Replace the flow sensor tube <refer
to 6-3>.

Humidifier Overheat -> Abnormal of
Humidifier
1. Replace the heating plate if the
problem remains the same <refer to
6-8>.
2. Replace heating humidifier
mainboard if the problem remains
the same <refer to 6-8>.

Abnormal NTC Sensing of Humidifier
1. Check for any damage in cable
connections if the issue from the
heating humidifier.
2. Replace the heating plate if the
problem remains the same <refer
to 6-8>.
3. Replace heating humidifier
mainboard if the problem remains
the same <refer to 6-8>.

Heated Tubing Overheat->Abnormal of
Heated Tubing
1. Reconnect the heated humidifier
<refer to 7-5>.
2. Replace the heating plate if the
problem remains the same <refer
to 6-8>.
3. If the problem still remains,
replace humidifier mainboard <
refer 6-8>.

Abnormal NTC Sensing of Heated tubing
1. Check for any damage in cable
connections; Replace PCBA
mainboard from heating
humidifier if the problem remains
the same <refer to 6-8>.
2. Replace the heating plate if the
problem remains the same <refer

3. Replace the Heated Humidifier if
the problem remains the same.
