f. Unplug all cables from the device and the computer and plug them back in
again.
g. Try using alternate cables.
h. If the error message still displays, contact Applus customer service for technical
support.
If a test fails during an actual inspection, the OIS should automatically prompt the inspector to
run a self-test.
