Why is there no USB connection to my Aqua Computer aquaero 5?
    • T
      thomasstephanieAug 17, 2025
A missing USB connection to your Aqua Computer Controller can stem from several causes: * The USB cable might not be connected properly. Check the USB cable and compare the pin assignment. * The aquaero LT might be programmed as an expansion device. Reprogram the device firmware. * The firmware might be corrupt. In this case, reprogram the device firmware. * There may be a hardware failure. In this case, contact Aqua Computer Support.

What to do if outputs of Aqua Computer Controller don't perform as expected?
    • D
      derek73Aug 20, 2025
If the outputs of your Aqua Computer Controller aren't performing as expected, consider the following possible causes: * Absence of a 12 Volts power supply. Check the power supply. * No controller assigned to the output. Check the controller assignment. * Minimum power set too low. Check the minimum power setting for the output. * Incompatible fan for speed/PWM controlled mode. Activate voltage controlled mode. * Programmable fuse tripped. Check the event log.

What to do if Aqua Computer aquaero 5 device firmware is deleted?
    • M
      Melissa BrockAug 23, 2025
If your Aqua Computer Controller's device firmware is deleted or corrupt, it could be due to: * The aquaero being programmed with the expansion device firmware. * A previous firmware update failing or power loss during the update. * The device firmware being corrupt. In all of these cases, the suggested solution is to delete and reprogram the device firmware.

What to do if Aqua Computer aquaero 5 keys malfunction (XT/PRO only)?
    • K
      Kathryn WashingtonAug 31, 2025
If you're experiencing a malfunction of the device keys on your Aqua Computer Controller (XT/PRO only), here are some possible causes: * The keys may be disabled. Check the key configuration (aquasuite/aquaremote). * The key sensitivity setting may be incorrect (XT only). Adjust the key sensitivity (aquasuite/aquaremote). * The touch controller board may be defective (XT only). Contact Aqua Computer or replace with spare part (53128/53208/53254/53255/53264/53265).

Why are my Aqua Computer aquaero 5 outputs not performing as expected?
    • L
      Levi WoodSep 3, 2025
If your Aqua Computer Controller's outputs aren't performing as you expect, here’s what to check: * First, ensure the controller has a 12 Volts power supply. * Verify that each output is assigned to a controller. * Examine the minimum power setting for each output and adjust if it's too low. * Confirm that fan output 1 isn't accidentally configured as a flow sensor input by checking the “Flow sensor 2” configuration. * If using speed/PWM controlled mode, and the fan is incompatible, switch to voltage controlled mode. * Finally, review the event log to see if a programmable fuse has tripped.

What to do if there is no USB connection to my Aqua Computer Controller?
    • M
      Marie LeeSep 6, 2025
To address a missing USB connection to your Aqua Computer Controller, begin by inspecting the USB cable and verifying its connection to both the controller and the motherboard, paying special attention to the pin assignments. If the aquaero LT is programmed as an expansion device, or the firmware is corrupt, you should delete and reprogram the device firmware. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may indicate a hardware failure, and you should contact Aqua Computer Support.

How to fix malfunction of device keys on Aqua Computer Controller (XT/PRO only)?
    • C
      catherine98Sep 8, 2025
If your Aqua Computer Controller keys (XT/PRO only) aren't working, start by checking the key configuration in aquasuite or aquaremote to ensure they aren't disabled. For XT models, adjust the key sensitivity in aquasuite or aquaremote. If the issue persists, particularly with XT models, it could be a defective touch controller board, in which case you should contact Aqua Computer or replace it with spare part no. 53128.

Why is expansion board connected to aquabus not discovered on Aqua Computer aquaero 5?
    • V
      Victor BowenSep 12, 2025
To resolve issues with an expansion board not being discovered when connected to the aquabus on your Aqua Computer Controller, check the aquabus connections to ensure they are connected to the correct aquabus port (low speed/high speed). Also, use a USB connection and aquasuite to assign a unique address to each aquabus device to avoid address conflicts. To prevent communication errors due to signal level differences, connect all aquabus devices to the same power cable of the PSU. If you are using poweradjust 2 with firmware 1000/1001/1002, update the poweradjust firmware using a USB connection and aquasuite. Finally, check the multiswitch configuration jumper J5 to ensure it is set up for aquabus connection.
