SOLUTION:
Your sample temperature is too high for the instrument to equili-
brate with it in a reasonable amount of time. The instrument and
sample need to be in temperature equilibrium before accurate mea-
surements can be made. Therefore, cold samples take a long time
to measure for the same reason. To avoid this problem, make sure
to only measure samples that are at the same temperature as the
instrument.
