mation, contact name, and problem description. If anything is
incorrect please contact a Decagon representative.
6. Tape the box in both directions for added support.
7. Include the RMA number in the attention line on the shipping

13.1 Repair Costs
Decagon Devices repairs manufacturer defects and instruments within
the one year warranty at no charge. We charge you for non-warranty
repairs based on cost of parts, labor and shipping. An extra fee may
be charged for rush work. Decagon can provide an estimated repair
cost upon request.
13.2 Loaner Service
Decagon has loaner instruments to keep you measuring water ac-
tivity while your instrument is being serviced. If your AquaLab is
still under calibration warranty or you have a service plan with your
instrument, there is no charge for the loaner service.
