Steps & Tips:
- Check for nicks and damage to wire prior to installation.
- Ensure wire is secured into terminal strip by pulling on wire aer installed.
Internal Level Control – Differential (ILC-Diff Mode)
Power to motor is constantly on (24x7) and the levels are not controlled via SPC. The SPC monitors High level Alarm via
BI3 to trigger strobe and buzzer as well as the optional High Pressure Switch.
Level Controls
Option 1: Inbuilt Float Connecting “Level Control Leads and Alarm”
Inputs
1. BI3 - High Level Alarm Float
2. BI4 - High Pressure Switch (optional). Normally
close - linked if not in use
Note: The only time the SPC will cut power to the
motor is in one of the following situations:
1. If the opstional high pressure switch opens (BI4).
2. If High Amps are detected.
3. Motor Max Run Time (MMaxRT) exceeded based
on Amp detection that motor is running.
4. Incoming Voltage outside operational limits.
