29. Remove the hose clamp securing the main coolant
hose at the underside of the exhaust manifold
outlet; then remove the hose.

30. Remove the hose clamp securing the recirculation
hose to the main feed coolant hose; then remove
the hose.

31. Tilt the engine forward and support it sufficiently
to disconnect the fuel filter.
32. Using an appropriate hoist, remove the engine.

NOTE: Engine lift points consist of a bracket on
the front right side of the exhaust manifold and an
integral eye of the alternator adjustment bracket.
Disassembling Engine
(120 cc Model)
1. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil; then
install the oil plug and tighten securely.

2. Remove the wing nut securing the air cleaner end
cap to the air cleaner housing.
3. Remove the cap screw and flange nuts securing
the air cleaner housing to the carburetor and
engine.

Carefully observe that no hoses or wiring
harnesses are still connected to or caught on the
engine.
