Move to an area where the temperature is within the operating range

Move to an area where the temperature is within the operating range

Low batteries.
If the symbol appears on the display while the meter is in use, the
batteries should be replaced as soon as posible. The test results may not be
saved if the batteries run out.

• Check whether the test strip is inserted with the contact
bars facing up.
• Check if the strip has been inserted completely into the test
strip port.
• Check if the appropriate test strip was used.
•Checkifthebatteriesareinsertedwiththe“+”sidefacingup.
• Replace the batteries.
The test does not
start even after
applying the blood
sample on the strip.
•Checkiftheconrmationwindowislledcompletely.
• Repeat the test after inserting a new test strip.
The patient’s test
result does not match
their symptoms.
• Repeat the test after inserting a new test strip.
• Check the expiration date of the test strip.
• Perform control solution test.
