system to a facility network.

Fields are:

 Ethernet IP Mode

 Host Name

 Ethernet IP Address

 Ethernet Subnet Mask

 Ethernet Default Gateway

Note: If DHCP option is selected, then the Ethernet address is acquired automatically and no fields

need to be completed.
