adjustment
1) Remove the needle plate.
2) Use a dial tension gauge (50g) (A) to
take measurement. (1)
3) Put dial tension thread into shuttle hook
(the same way as inserting the bobbin)
and pull it out, the standard range
should be 13~17g. (1)
4) Adjust the screw (a) of shuttle hook to
correct it if necessary. (2)
Turning clockwise makes dial tension
stronger; turning counter-clockwise
makes it weaker.
Re-check the standard tension range
should be 13~17g.
