Why Atlantic F620 Heater is not heating up?
    • O
      Olivia BrownAug 15, 2025
If your Atlantic Heater isn't heating, and you're using programming, ensure you're in a Comfort time slot. Also, check that the installation’s circuit breakers are engaged and that the load-shedding device (if present) hasn't stopped the appliance from functioning. Finally, check the ambient temperature of the room; if it's higher than the set temperature, the appliance won't heat up.

What to do if Atlantic F620 Heater does not heat enough?
    • N
      Nicholas ThomasAug 19, 2025
If your Atlantic Heater isn't heating enough, first, increase the temperature setting. If the room still doesn't reach the desired temperature, check the temperature at the bottom right of the appliance. If this temperature is above the set temperature, the appliance should not be heating. If there's a significant difference between the temperature at the bottom right of the appliance and the ambient room temperature, adjust the appliance's surroundings. Also, make sure the heater's power is adequate for the room size and structure, and that the area being heated is enclosed.

Why is my Atlantic F620 heating all the time?
    • R
      rivasbrandonAug 22, 2025
If your Atlantic Heater is heating constantly, check the temperature at the bottom right of the appliance. If this temperature is below the set temperature, the appliance should be heating. If there's a large difference between this temperature and the room's ambient temperature, adjust the surroundings accordingly. Ensure the heater's power matches the room's dimensions and structure, and that the area is enclosed. If a problem persists (like a locked thermostat), cut the power to the appliance (fuse, circuit breaker) for about 10 minutes, then switch it back on.
