If your window is open and the outside temperature is below 7°C, the appliance
continues to heat up until 7°C is reached.
LOCKING ACCESS TO THE CONTROLS
Your appliance's controls can be child-locked by pressing and holding these two buttons
at the same time for more than 3 seconds .
Then when you press one of the buttons, will be displayed. The controls will be
locked.
Perform the same operation to unlock. The following screen will be displayed .
WINDOW OPEN DETECTION
When activated, this function can detect temperature variations due to opening your
windows.
If you forget to switch your appliance off when a window is open for a long period of
time, this function solves this issue, and prevents your appliance from heating
unnecessarily.
In case of window open detection, is displayed, flashing, and the appliance
automatically switches to Frost Protection (7°C).
The appliance will react to windows being opening
and closed, according to several variables, in
particular:
- the desired room temperature;
- the outdoor temperature;
- the installation configuration.
The appliance automatically switches to Frost
Protection mode (7°C) if it detects an open window,
and goes back up to the set temperature when it
detects that it has been closed (the detection time is
variable).
Optimal location
The appliance will revert to its initial operation, even if your window is still open.
We advise against using this function in corridors and in rooms situated close to an
entrance door leading to the outside.
