You may set up the target slope and have the slope to raise from 0% to a
given target in 70% of the training me. You may change the slope based
on your sengs. Raise the training and challenge level under the same
exercise mode to meet target exercise strength.
During exercise, you can adjust speed and slope according to your physical
condion at any me to train muscle tension, strength and endurance and
exercise with different tensions.
