1.4 Prevent arc rays from damaging eyes and skin, and
prevent noise from damaging hearing:
The welding arc generates intense radiant heat and ultraviolet light that can burn
eyes and skin. Noise from work processes can damage hearing.
1. Wear a helmet with an appropriate shade of filter;
2. Use protective screens or baffles to protect other personnel;
3. Wear protective clothing and protective shoes.
1.5 Provide proper maintenance for equipment:
Improperly maintained equipment can lead to poor work performance, and even the most
serious consequences are fire and electric shock, resulting in personal injury and death.
1. Installation, fault detection and maintenance work should be carried out by
qualified personnel. Prevent working with staff without a license.
2. When performing maintenance on the power supply part, the power supply must be
cut off in advance.
3. Maintain cables, ground wires, power cords and power sockets in accordance with
safe operating procedures. Do not operate when in doubt.
4. Do not use any equipment or accessories indiscriminately, and keep the equipment
away from overheating, moisture, greasy, corrosive gases, and harsh weather
environments.
5. Place all safety facilities and tools correctly.
