5.3 Configuring User Settings
In the ‘Settings’ screen you can optionally configure the following User settings: Sound,
Accessibility, Reboot and About (read-only).
5.3.1 Sound
You can customize phone volume for a friendlier user experience.
 To configure sound settings:
 Under ‘User’, navigate to and select Sound .
5.3.2 Accessibility
This option allows users to customize the screen to be reader-friendlier.
 To configure the Accessibility setting:

Under ‘User’, navigate to and select Accessibility .
2. Adjust the settings to suit personal requirements.
5.3.3 Setting Live Captions
Live Captions can be set in regular one-on-one calls as well as in Teams meetings.
5.3.4 Hiding Names and Meeting Titles
Users can hide information such as names and meeting titles for individual devices via the
Meetings page (More > Settings > Meetings):
