12. Setting Limits
NOTE: If unhappy with the speed or travel limit setting,
restart this procedure by resetting the door limit positions
as per below first.
12.2 Clearing the Door Limit Positions
STEP ONE
STEP TWO
STEP THREE
Remove controls cover
till gear
LED lit
Press
repeatedly
CLEARING THE DOOR LIMIT POSITIONS
HOLD
for 10 sec
Release when
light stops
ashing
The BLUE LED ashes
continuously to show
limits cleared
NOTE: No action taken within
30 secs, the opener returns to
original settings.
SET Close & Open limits
12.3 Re-profiling the Door
STEP ONE
STEP TWO
Remove controls cover
till gear
LED lit
Press
repeatedly
RE-PROFILING THE DOOR
HOLD
for 2 secs
Door will open
and close
Re-proling is a simple way of re-learning the travel
characteristics of a previously setup Limit Switch
travel. Re-proling is used when travel characteristic
change due to mechanical adjustments.
tip
To initiate a re-prole: LIMITS must already be set.
STEP THREE

Then ret

Press
to exit
12.4 Controller memory reset
To clear the controller:
STEP ONE
STEP TWO
When in limit setting mode
CONTROLLER MEMORY RESET
HOLD
for 10 sec
Release
The BLUE LED ashes
continuously to show
limits clear
This will cause all control memory to be set to factory defaults
EXCLUDING: transmitters, history log and cycle counters.
If limits are already set, clear limits rst by following
Clearing the door limit positions and then follow
below.
