What to do if there is no picture on my Autoscript Monitor?

  If there is no picture on your Autoscript Monitor, ensure that: * The power supply is connected and switched on. * The signal cable is correctly connected to the graphics board or to the video source and display. * The device is turned on and set to the correct mode (VGS or Video). * The selected graphics mode is supported by the display. * The connectors are free of bent pins. * The screen saver settings are correct.

Why is the image blurred or unstable on my Autoscript Monitor?

  If the image on your Autoscript Monitor is blurred or unstable, check the following: 1. Ensure both ends of the signal cable are correctly connected. 2. Verify that the display supports the selected graphics mode. 3. Confirm that the device is set to a resolution of 1280 x 1024 (17”&19”) or 1024 x 768 (15”) at a refresh rate of 60 Hz. Note that using resolutions below these values may cause the image to be expanded, leading to interpolation errors and a blurred appearance. This does not indicate a device defect.
