Talk with more than one person
To answer a Group Call:
Lift the handset.
Note 1: If you are on a call and you
receive three 10-second tones, this is the
notification of a group call on your current
extension.
Note 2: If you are on a call on another line
on your telephone (Avaya 3903 and 3904
Digital Deskphones) when a group call is
made, you receive a long tone through the
handset or speaker.
Note 3: You do not receive notification of
a group call if you are already on a
conference call or another group call.
To end a Group Call:
/
Press the Goodbye Key.
Note: When the person who made the
group call disconnects, the call terminates
for all members of the group. However, the
members of the Group Call can disconnect
from the call and not affect other members
on the call.
