5. ESS server: Install
the license and
authentication files
Install a RFA license file
and an authentication file
on each ESS server.
After loading the license
file:
● Perform a reset
system 4 on the
server’s SAT.
● Verify that the ESS
Administration and
Enterprise
Survivable Server
feature is turned on.

6. ESS server:
Configure the ESS
server
On a new installation, the
Avaya wizard is used.
Configuration for ESS is
included in the Avaya
wizard.
