Create or Locate a Calendar Resource for Each Room
• Log in to https://outlook.office365.com/ecp as an admin.
• Go to Recipients > Resources
• Click on the plus (+) sign if you need to add a room.
It is recommended that you use a prefix (such as Room) for each room or choose your
own method for easily locating the Rooms.
• Make note of the display name and email address of each calendar resource.
• Proceed to the next step
Delegate Rooms to the Dedicated User
• Log in to https://outlook.office365.com/ecp as an admin.
• Go to Recipients > Resources
• Double click the name of a room.
• Click “mailbox delegation”.
