Printing
When and how you print depends on your printer’s application. It may print
♦ only after you press a certain key
♦ automatically as soon as you squeeze the trigger
♦ automatically with no input from you
♦ one label or a strip of labels.
Always start printing with a fully charged battery.
About RFID Supplies
RFID Supplies can be damaged by static electricity. Ground yourself by touching metal
before handling RFID the supplies.
Note: Printing over the RFID inlay causes printing irregularity and may impact bar code print
quality.
On 6059, will users need to enter settings to program the inlay – such as encode position?

Adjusting the Print Contrast
Will this be a user function or only at Sys Admin level?
Using the correct print contrast setting is important because it affects how well your bar codes
scan and how long your printhead lasts. Solid black print cannot exceed 30% of any given
square inch of the supply.
