Setting the IP address
The AXIS 221/223M is designed for use on an Ethernet network and must be assigned an IP
address to make it accessible.
Windows
Notes:
• The AXIS 221/223M has the default IP address 192.168.0.90
• If setting the IP address fails, check that there is no firewall blocking the operation.
See page 9 for other available methods for setting or discovering the IP address of the AXIS
221/223M e.g. in other operating systems.
AXIS IP Utility and AXIS Camera Management are the recommended methods for setting an IP address in Windows.
