Ifinstallingthedoorcontrolleronawall,makesurethecut-outforthecablesisfacing

downward.

1.Ifusingajunctionbox,installthejunctionboxbeforeinstallingthenetworkdoor

controller.ForULcompliance,thejunctionboxshallbeULListed.

2.Ifrequired,removethecoverscrew,insertaslottedscrewdriverintothecoverremoval

slotandremovethecover.SeeHardwareoverviewonpage14.

3.Makemarksforthescrewholesintheceiling/wall,usingthebaseasatemplate.

4.Ifrequired,drillholesforthescrews.

5.Mountthebaseonthewallorceiling.Makesurethatthescrewsandplugsare

appropriateforthematerial(e.g.wood,metal,sheetrock,stone).
