System controller regional onboarding. Used for
establishing trust and registering the system
controller to a regional onboarding service. The
system controller may try to establish connections
to any of these addresses. If the system controller
can’t establish connection it will try another entry in
the list. This means that it is okay to allow
connections to only a subset, for example,
"dispatchse1-st.axis.com:443"and "dispatchus1-
st.axis.com:443". We recommend allowing
connections to more than one for service availability
reasons.
