Fixed length random data write command (WU command)
This command writes data to random (discontinuous) addresses in two-byte units.
Data is expressed in four hexadecimal digits.

Command message
Data is sent for the specified number of data words to write, with the addresses
(four hexadecimal digits each) for the data and the data (four hexadecimal digits) as
a pair.

Response message
If the data is written, the Normal end code (two decimal digits) is returned. If only
part of the data is written, the Warning end code (two decimal digits) is returned. If
none of the data is written, the Error end code (two decimal digits) is returned.
