4. ASSEMBLY
Make sure that the specications on the nameplate correspond to those in
the order documents!
4.1 Fitting position
Whenttingwiththeconnectingrodinhorizontalposition,tthelinearactuatorsuchthatthe
sidesoftheyokearepositionedoneabovetheotherintheverticalplane.
Risk of damage if no valve is tted to actuator!
Caution
Caution:
● Ifthelinearactuatorisoperatedwithoutavalve,themissingstopmaycausedamage
totheactuator.Theactuatormustthereforenever be operated without a valve.
● Allowforabout200mmspaceabovethecoveratthesiteofinstallation.
● Checktheworkenvironmentbeforettingtheactuatorandputtingitintooperation:
● Makesurethatthevalveiscorrectlyinstalled.Fordetailedinformation,refertothe
valve'sinstallationinstructions.
● Determinethemountingpositionofthelinearactuator.Donotmountlinearactuators
"headdown"belowthevalve.
