Sets the active mode for all stop sources.
0 = Decelerate to Stop. Motor decelerates to 0 Hz and stops during the set
time.
1 = DC Brake to stop. See parameters F8 - F11 for further details.
2 = Coast to stop. Output frequency and voltage are shut down on a stop
command
