MODELS 2890SP/2900T MAINTENANCE
1. Grease grading blade pivot bushings with 1 to 2 shots.
2. Check grinder bearings and grinder sheaves (belt driven cutter wheels only).
3. Check bearing and bearing lock collars (belt driven cutter wheels only).
4. Check hydraulic function pressures. Set to specied PSI (bar).
MONTHLY CHECK LIST
Every month these checks must be made:
OK REPAIRED
1. Replace hydraulic lter(s) after rst 10 hours then quarterly or every 400 hours.
Located in the hydraulic tank.
2. Replace high pressure and charge lters after rst 10 hours, then quarterly or
every 400 hours. There are three located under the oil cooler housing cover
and the inspection cover between the hydraulic tank and the control box.
3 MONTH CHECK LIST
Every three months these checks must be made:
OK REPAIRED
1. Drain and clean the fuel tank.
2. Change hydraulic oil and ush the hydraulic tank.
3. Replace hydraulic suction screen(s) annually or every 2000 hours.
YEARLY CHECK LIST
Every year these checks must be made:

Before tightening bolts be sure you have the correct size bolt for the correct amount of torque.
