However, it is not easy to find precise and up-to-date information
about the atmospheric pressure at sea level. For this reason, syn-
chronising this measuring value can also differ from the altitude
determined in this way.
You can obtain readings of the atmospheric pressure at sea level
from the radio or Internet. Bear in mind that this is not necessarily
the most up-to-date information.
7.4.1 Entering the atmospheric pressure at sea level
Setting: a step by step guide:
1. Keep the S4 button pressed down until you are in the
main selection menu.
2. Scroll through the menu using the S1 or S3 button and
select SETTINGS - press S2.
3. Next, press S2 to select ALTI-BARO.
4. The altitude entry display appears immediately and the
displayed altitude flashes.
