HYGIENIC MAINTENANCE | Heat Disinfection with Liquid Citric Acid
• It is possible to run either a
short or a longer heat disinfection
with liquid citric acid.
• The citric acid concentration to be used is
configurable
and in the example below, preset to 20%.
• The
citric acid inlet tube
on the rear of the machine must be placed into the disinfectant solution.
