If the position of the electromagnetic clutch is
not well adjusted, it can have important
repercussions on the life span of the snowblower
components and on its efficiency.
Install the clutch on the engine shaft as shown in
“…”, making sure to
respect the torque and the components specified in
the following tables.
Hold the clutch support with a lock-grip
plier which will keep the engine shaft from turning and
to obtain the appropriate torque.
You may need to add a spacer between the
clutch and the existing spacer or even changing this
spacer. This is related to the tolerances of different
components. Most importantly, is that the pulleys are
aligned
.Take note, for the All Power motor, the clutch
spacer (item 3) 106616 must be applied on the mo-
tor. Putting any other spacer instead, may cause fai-
lure.
