1. If the muffler of the motor that is being installed on
the snowblower surpasses the front face of the motor
of 3’’ (ex: Honda GX630), you must inverse the
rotation ring and place as shown below. In doing so,
you will avoid contact between the chute and the
muffler. Tighten nuts firmly.
3. Insert the two carriage bolts 1/4" n.c. x 1"
inside the chute as shown in figure below. Insert
the gear pin in the hole on the support
and insert the support and motor assembly
on the carriage bolts. Secure in place with
two flange nuts 1/4" .
Make sure to follow the safety
precautions of the engine installed and all its
maintenance procedures in the owner’s manual.
For the Versatile Plus snowblower, Bercomac
Limitée recommends installing an engine between 14
and 23 H.P. with a horizontal shaft of 1" or 1 1/8’’.
Here are a few engines that were tested:

2. Install the rotation ring over the opening
by aligning the notches. Place the chute
() as shown in figure below. Turn the chute a
half turn to lock into place.
