Grease the wheel’s axles, the
fork pivots after every sixteen hours of use.
Apply oil at all pivot points.
Oil the base of the
chute every sixteen hours of operation.

Check the oil annually. If necessary, add AGMA 4 EP or
SAE 90 oil.
The gear box should have a total of 275ml of oil or filled
to the rim of the bolt hole when installed on the
snowblower.
The shear bolts are to be considered a
preventive measure and not an assured protection.
Operator vigilance is required. Thoroughly inspect the
areas where the snowblower is to be used and remove
all foreign objects.
Use only the original shear bolts
103999 for the fan and 104000 for
the auger.
The use of any other shear bolt will not insure any
protection and may void the warranty.
When replacing the auger shear boltsit is
very important to replace the augers in the same
position as shown below to avoid damage to the
snowblower and to ensure maximum efficiency.
