7.4 FILLING UP AND EMPTYING SYSTEM
Proceed as follows to fill up the system heating:
- turn the function selector on the control panel to OFF
(fig. 7.5)
- turn lever of cold water inlet to “FILL” (fig. 7.6) until the
hydrometer on the control panel (fig. 7.7) shows a pressure
value of between 1 and 1,5 bar.

- close up the control panel and fix it to the case.
Make sure the leads are long enough to prevent them
from being pulled when opening the control panel.
If the boiler is switched on, the red and yellow leds on the
control panel (Fig. 7.9 page 73) will go off together upon
reaching the right pressure when filling up.
Then:
- then turn the lever (fig. 7.6) to “OPEN”;
- turn the function selector (fig. 7.5) to the required function.
Proceed as follows to empty the heating system:
- switch off the boiler by turning the function selector on the
control panel to OFF (fig. 7.5);
- turn the lever of the cold water inlet to a other position than
“FILL” (OPEN OR CLOSED) (fig. 7.6);
