CAUSE SOLUTION
The appliance is too noisy
The appliance has not been positioned perfectly level.
If the appliance is not perfectly levelled, vibrations may
be created.
Level the appliance properly (see the item "Correct
positioning").
The appliance touches other parts/objects that cause
acoustic resonances.
Position the appliance in such a way that it does not
touch other parts/objects.
Some parts of the machine are not secured properly.
Make sure that all the mechanical parts in the base of
the appliance are secured properly.
During operation condensation and ice frequently form on the walls and on the door
The door is not closed properly.
Check that nothing is blocking the door. Close it
properly.
Frequent and/or prolonged opening of the door.
Follow the instructions (see the item "Intended use")
and check that the system works properly.
The temperature setting dial is not working properly
The electric wiring is faulty and/or slack.
Check the electrical connections of the instrument (the
check must be performed by a qualified technician).
The electricity supply is subject to sudden voltage
surges greater than ±10%.
Call a technician to check the mains electricity supply.
Alarm and/or Error messages on the display
Message Cause
“AL” Alarm indicating low temperature in cell
“AH” Alarm indicating high temperature in cell
“id” Door open alarm
“COH” Condenser overheated alarm
“dFd” Defrosting finished for time-out alarm
Troubleshooting mode and alarms reset
When the reason that caused the alarm no longer exists, the device will restore normal operation, except for the
following alarms:
– “Compressor blocked” alarm (code “CSd”) which requires the device to be turned off or disconnected from the
power supply;
– “Defrosting finished for time-out” alarm (code “dFd”) which requires a key to be pressed.
If after following the advice and performing the checks indicated the problem persists, contact our company and
report:
– the type of problem;
– the serial number of the appliance and the date of manufacture, which you can find at the back of the appliance
or on the use and maintenance manual.
