5 PROBLEMS POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
This paragraph deals with the most probable problems that may occur before switching on the appliance and during
its operation.
If the appliance does not start or if it stops during operation, before calling the customer service department, please
perform the following checks; the following pages indicate the correct procedures which in some cases are sufficient
to solve small inconveniences of a technical/functional nature which can occur.
CAUSE SOLUTION
The appliance does not start
The differential power supply switch is deactivated. Turn the differential to the “ON” position.
Plug not inserted into the socket.
Plug not inserted correctly into the socket.
Insert the plug into the socket correctly.
Existing electrical system not suitable for the machine
voltage.
Check that the electrical system has the voltage
required for the operation of the appliance; see the CE
identification plate on the back.
The digital control instrument of the appliance is not
working.
Check the integrity of the digital controller.
Check the electrical connections of the instrument (the
check must be performed by a qualified technician).
The appliance has difficulty in reaching and/or maintaining the set temperature
The set temperature is too low.
Check that the parameters set correspond to your
temperature requirements.
Temperature probes broken or faulty. Check the integrity of the temperature probes.
There are refrigerant gas or fluid leaks.
Identify the leak and close it (get a specialised techni-
cian to perform the check and repair).
The condenser fins are covered with dust.
Clean the condenser (refer to the section "Cleaning
the condenser, refrigerator unit and evaporator").
Evaporator covered with dust.
Clean the condenser (refer to the section "Cleaning
the condenser, refrigerator unit and evaporator").
The sealing gasket on the doors is dirty and as a result,
does not close hermetically.
Clean the door gasket and remove any dirt and/or ice
residues.
Loss of cooling power caused by frequent and/or
prolonged opening of the door.
Follow the instructions (see the item "Intended use")
and check that the system works properly.
Check that there are no obstructions in the air vents.
The temperature in the work room is too high.
Check the specifications (refer to section "Technical
specifications").
