resulting in measurement errors sometimes.
If missing of check of R wave is caused by some lead fall-off and QRS
low voltage, the measurement of HR will possibly have big error.
In case of QRS low voltage, the calculation of ECG axis and the
dividing point identification of QRS wave are unreliable sometimes.
The following formula is used for the QRS wave calculation: axis a=tg
-1
(
IIIIII2
IIIII3
)=tg
-1
(
I3
III23
);I、II、III=Qa+Ra+Sa+R’a+S’a.
Frequent ventricular extrasystole is occasionally regarded as
representative heart beat through checkup.
Identification of P wave is difficult in case of combined arrhythmia,
and the relevant parameters are possibly unreliable.
The Electrocardiograph has the function of automatic analysis. It only
conducts automatic ECG analysis of the ECG waveform acquired,
instead of reflecting all the status of the patient. And if diagnosis
classification function is selected ,when the lead is dropping, or the
noise is too loud, diagnosis classification will not be output.
The analysis result is sometimes different from diagnosis of doctor, so
the final conclusion shall be made by doctor after comprehensive
diagnosis and analysis based on analysis result, clinical symptoms and
other test results of the patient.
5.2 Examples of Report in each Work Mode
5.2.1 Fast Mode
Fast Mode is a real-time sample mode. In fast mode, you can record the
ECG waveform which displays steady as soon as pressing the “Record/Stop”
key. The fast mode will reduce the whole recording time. The figure below
shows record report in fast mode. The notes refer to page 5-1.
