Bow Seats With Forward Facing Backrests In Lounge Position
Bow Seats With Forward Facing Backrests
Against Cockpit Sides
Bow Seats and Storage Compartments
There are two shbox/storage compartments
located in the bow below the port and starboard
seats. The bow seat cushions are secured to the
hatches with snaps and should be removed and
stored when the boat is not being used.
The bow seats are equipped with removable
backrest cushions that convert each bow seat to a
forward facing lounge. The backrest cushions are
equipped with supports that slide into receivers
at the rear of each bow seat. The supports swivel
and lock in two positions, the backrest position or
ush with cockpit side. They should be removed
and stored when the boat is not being used.
To install the backrests, slide the backrest support
into the receiver at the rear of each bow seat and
push down until the cushion locks in the desired
position. To move the backrest to a dierent posi-
tion, lift the support until it clears the lock. Swivel
the seat to the desired position. Then use slight
down pressure and rotate the seat slightly until
it drops into the lock.
To remove and store the backrests, slide the
backrest supports out of the receivers. Store the
cushions in dry safe place when not in use.
The optional table and ller cushion convert the
bow seating area to a sun lounge. The ller cush-
ion snaps to the table that rests on molded ber-
glass supports built into the seat bases. Chocks
at the end of each support prevent the table from
sliding o the supports.
Bow Seat Storage Compartments
The port and starboard compartments are insu-
lated and can be used for dunnage, coolers or
shboxes. They are equipped with special hinges
that hold them in the open position and ush,
“lift to release” latches that secure the hatches
when they are closed. The compartments drain
overboard by gravity through ttings in the hull
sides. If the compartments are used as shboxes
or coolers, they should be cleaned and ushed
thoroughly with fresh water after each use.
