Front AUX-IN socket
As soon as an audio source is connected to
the front AUX-IN socket, it can be selected
with the SRC button 0. "FRONT AUX" then
appears on the display.
Mixing an external audio source
with another audio source
(MIX AUX)
You can play back an external audio source
together with any other audio source at
the same time. The simultaneous playback
must be activated in the menu for the de-
sired external audio source .

Press the MENU button@.
The display shows "MENU".
.... Press the v or i\ button CD repeatedly
until "MIX AUX" appears on the display .
....
Press the> button CD to call up the
submenu.
.... Press the > button CD to select
from "FRONT AUX", "REAR AUX" and
"MIX OFF".
For the settings "FRONT AUX" and
"REAR AUX", the audio source connected
via the FRONT-AUX-IN socket or the rear
AUX-IN input is played back together with
the currently selected audio source (e.g. ra-
dio or SO card). With the "MIX OFF' setting,
only the currently selected audio source is
played back.
