Current vehicle position
If the navigation system cannot de-
termine the position, "Position not
available" appears. If the vehicle is
not located on a road, longitude and
latitude appear (e.g. O 09°11’34’’
N 049°64’34’’).
G "Destination" menu
H "Memory" menu
J Wind rose (pointing north)
K "Options" menu of the navigation
system
L Corridor status display
M Satellite reception display
N Details of the audio source
Only visible if the navigation menus
G, H and K are not displayed.
Depending upon the active audio
source:
Radio: Name or frequency of the cur-
rent radio station
CD player: Number of the current
track
CD changer: Number of the current
CD and the track
MP3 player: Name of the current
MP3/WMA fi le or ID3 tag informa-
tion.
After a short period of time, the
three menus G, H and K disappear
at the bottom of the display. To
display them again:
Turn the menu button <.
Or:
Press the OK button =.
The navigation menus appear.

The three menus of the
navigation system
The three menus "Destination",
"Memory" and "Options" are re-
quired to:
Enter a new destination for the
navigation (see p. 53),
call and edit stored destinations
(see p. 60),
block route areas ("Traffi c ahead",
see p. 67), display the calculated
route in detail ("Route list", see
p. 66) and defi ne the "Route op-
tions" (see p. 68).
To change to one of the three
menus "Destination", "Memory" or
"Options":
Press the NAVI button >.
The navigation display appears.
Mark and confi rm the desired
menu.
The menu is displayed.
Note:
The basic settings of the naviga-
tion system, such as language,
travel time/arrival time and junc-
tion zoom, are performed in the
menu of the basic settings (see
p. 24).
The following illustrations provide
an overview of the most important
menu items.
