always on, bottom two lights flashing alternately).
(2)Make sure that the App has access to the Bluetooth on your phone.

(4)Make sure the app has access the location on your phone.

Yes, the EP760 ESS prioritizes solar power for running household appliances,
and any extra energy is used to charge the battery. If you enable the "Feed to
Grid" in the App, any surplus can be sent back to the grid.
